I Can Call On You

He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.
Psalm 91:15

This morning as I write, I am reminded by God that everything I asked Him for He gave me those very things.

There are often times in our lives, that we are thinking thoughts that we constantly wrestle with. You ever wonder why you meditate on something negative over and over again?  You just can’t shake that thought, no matter how hard you try?

Something ever come to you in your mind and you wonder where it even came from?  An incident happened to you and then after that incident, you find yourself rehearsing in your mind, what you should have done?

No longer allow those thoughts to take control in your life.  The enemy continually attacks us in our mind to get us off course, off focus of the true blessings that God really has for us.

We are constantly being tested in our faith, in our actions, in our love to see what choice it is we will make for our lives.

Be encouraged today, that whenever, you have these negative thoughts and attacks coming against you, that you can begin to focus, if only on just one thing, that God has done for you and give Him praise.

Every good thing that has happened to us is because of God. Give Him praise for it.  In the midst of your trial, give thanks and praise.  Give thanks for that new house you were belieiving Him for and He gave it to you.  Give thanks for restoring your health, when you knew that He healed you.  Give Him praise for the wealth and riches that are all around us daily, while other countries are in poverty and starving.

If you got laid off, give Him praise that you are in a country that allows you to get a new job.

Give Him praise that you had the opportunity to work the last job, you just got laid off from.

The point I am making is that, when you realize that God is in control of every situation, in control of every encounter that we have, there is great joy in knowing that He truly won’t let you fall.

No matter how bad a situation may appear to look right now, tomorrow it could all turn around.

Do you realize, that there are angels in our midst, every day, all day?  In our daily lives, we get busy and sometimes, overlook the things of God.

However, in the midst of griping and complaining – even being tempted to gossip, or express your discontentment about a thing, remember, that God is still worthy to be praised.

Get with God and ask Him to open your eyes to truly see your future – the end result of the storm you may be going through.  If you can see the end, it really doesn’t matter, what happens in the middle.

God loves you and so do I!

Blessings,

Tina

If you desire to start a relationship with God and are not sure how to began, say this prayer and mean it in your heart – Dear God, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I know that I am a sinner in need of a Savoir. I believe that You died for my sins, rose from the grave and are alive forever. I open the door of my heart and life, receiving You, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord.  Thank You for saving me.  Amen.
